Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping cost varies. It is calculated by the weight of your package and how far you are.
Q: How long will it take for my order to come in?
A: Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process and ship. Once shipped, domestic (US) shipping usually takes 1-3 days. International shipping varies per your location.
Q: Where are you shipping from?
A: My shop is based in Northern California.
Q: How do you grade your pins?
A: I sell my pins in two different grades, standards and seconds. You can read more about my grading process here.
Q: Can I buy custom pins?
A: Custom orders can be designed only if they will not be sold at trade shows, conventions, etc. They can be bought in bulk for store fronts, wedding favors, etc. Please email me at contact@jinxyee.com for more info on custom orders.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All sales are final. I do not offer returns or exchanges for items. This also applies to preorders. Please read each listing carefully before purchasing. If you have any issues with your order, please email me at contact@jinxyee.com
Q: What do you use to make your candles?
A: All candles are made with 100% soy wax and various candle fragrance oils.
Q: Can I order custom candles?
A: At this moment, I'm currently not offering custom candles.
Q: Your candles are sold out. When will they be back in stock?
A: Candles are restocked every first of the month. Spell candles are rotated each month so once the spell candles for the month are gone, they're gone.
Q: I have a problem with my pin/candle/(other items). Can I get a refund?
A: I handle each complaint with orders on a case by case basis. If you have an issue with any your items, please reach out to me via email as soon as possible.
Q: My package is missing? What do I do?
A: Check the tracking number sent with your order. If your order says "In Transit", please allow 2-3 days for your package to process and ship. Shipping can take anywhere from 1-4 days for domestic orders and up to 20 days for international orders. If your order says "Delivered", contact your postal service ASAP. There is not much I can do once it has been marked delivered. You will need to file a report with your local post and they will handle it as a lost/stolen package.
Q: The items need to be shipped internationally to me. Do you cover the customs fees? Can you mark it as a gift instead? Can you change the cost on the customs form to make my fees cheaper?
A: No. Jinxyee Studios is not responsible for any customs fees that may apply to your order. Please keep this in mind when ordering internationally. I legally can not mark it as a gift. Tampering with the custom's fees is also illegal and I can not change any values.
